Washing your hands
In the hospital, antiseptic gel dispensers
are available at the door of every room. This alcohol-based gel
is very efficient in getting rid of any germs that could have
found their way on your hands.
How do I use the antiseptic gel?
Push on the nozzle. One push will provide
the necessary amount of gel. Rub your hands and fingers as long
as needed for the gel to be fully absorbed. Do not wipe your hands
afterwards.

:Washing your hands is the cheapest yet most
efficient way of preventing infections.
Why?
When?
How?
Why is washing my hands
so important?
It is a well-known fact that hands carry all kinds of germs. Dirty
hands can transmit bacteria from one person to another.
Sadly, germs cannot be seen with the naked eye,
so when we get, sick, we often ask ourselves: “Now where
did I get that?” Keeping your hands clean is essential,
not just in the hospital, but in your everyday life as well.
